STICKMAN SOUND JUNE NEWSLETTER

We are halfway through the year and even closer to potentially winning the Stanley Cup! Can you even believe it? And they said it was impossible! Our last couple weeks have been filled with anticipation as each game passes by, our shop meetings have slowly turned into Knight talks at a round table. One thing’s for sure we couldn’t be more excited for Vegas. The camaraderie around the Golden Knights have turned this big city chaos into a small town feel.

Most of our mixers have had the opportunity to work with the Golden Knights. They have worked the games, done promos with different Vegas icons like Penn and Teller and Wayne Newton, and shot commercials with different Knights players. As you can see from the picture above some of our mixers even got up close and personal with the Stanley Cup.

Aside from hockey this month has been pretty good to us. We’ve had a lot of friends stop by the shop, including Bob Cowan who was inducted into this years Full Sail Hall of Fame with Fernando. Fern and Bob have been spending some time mixing an album, we can't say to much, so stay tuned to find out what they've been up to. We also had a fun project with EA sports and the UFC. This was a live show on Twitch TV that featured Dana White and UFC stars like Claudia Gadelha, Chris Weidman and Michael Bisping.

We hope you all are staying cool as the summer heat creeps up on us! See you next month when we might be recovered from our hockey hangovers!
